Reporting to the boutique management, you actively participate in the success of your boutique. Your strong operational experience allows you to manage operational and administrative topics. 

 

Key responsibilities  

 

1. Manage boutique operational tasks 

 

Support Management daily on procedures and compliance 

  • Manage EOD-closing tasks related to operations via Mendix (discount, returns, exchanges, refunds, cash) 

  • Manage reconciliation if relevant 

  • Be a referent for compliance topics for the team. Build and maintain high level of expertise to be able to engage and support Sales Associates. Consequently maintain a perfectly compliant environment 

  • Be able to open and close the boutique in autonomy 

 

 

Support Management on other key projects and topics of the boutique 

  • Audit preparation  

  • Inventory preparation 

  • Infusing continuous improvement mindset. Identify pain points and brainstorm on possible solutions  

  • Support in overall maintenance of the boutique 

  • Follow-up with the IT issues escalation & maintenance issue escalation as needed  

  • Exceptionally ensure floor presence and orchestration in case of critical need 

 

 

2. Be a key support and back-up for Operations Coordinator tasks 

 

Stock management 

  • Control and manage the quality of all stock movements with no margin for error (reception and shipping) 

  • Ensure daily protection, correct manipulation of creations. Control stock quality 

  • Prepare creations for display, price labeling and price changes 

  • Manage consignments 

  • Manage all omni-channel orders from a stock management perspective 

  • Manage CS back-of-house tasks such as shipping and reception 

 

Inventories 

  • Manage the preparation of inventories, both finished goods and spare parts 

  • Carry annual count, cycle counts and spot counts 

  • Manages all additional inventories as requested (certificates, stones, etc.) 

 

 

 

This persons should demonstrate 

Self-organization, discipline, compliance, analytical skills and strong attention to details 

Expert knowledge with high standards of quality and accuracy, making sure the work is done on time 

Task orientation and a self-starter attitude. A reliable team player who will share and transfer knowledge, and coordinate tasks
