Job Description
YOUR ROLE AS A Executive, Desktop Support:
● Support daily operational.
● Elevate incident ticket and trigger the management escalation within stated guidelines.
● Ensuring assigned task is effectively executed in timely manner.
● Liaising and partnering with other support team (internal team) to ensure seamless integration of IT service support and operation.
WHAT YOU WILL CHAMPION:
● Make sure smooth running of daily operation.
● Provide IT operational support and guidance to user.
● Work in compliance with company policies and standard operation procedures.
● Manage equipment store and make sure equipment are properly arranged.
● Execute deployment and setup of equipment.
● Undertake to provide resolutions and/or workaround solutions to desktop operational requests in a timely manner.
● Make sure ticket assigned are follow up and service/problem resolved within SLA.
● Ensure all asset delivered are properly record in the Good Acceptance Form and submit to Senior Desktop Support Executive.
● Responsible on tools are in good condition.
● Ensure improvement plan are fully execute.
● Require travel and relocate to other place to full fill the company operational need.
