Position Overview

Customer Care, post-sale technical and/or non-technical customer service and support across multiple sub-families for business and/or end-consumer customers including. Remote Customer Service, providing customer service and support in-person, via phone, online chat, or text.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Representing the company in accordance with its policy and in line with strategy and objectives

• Direct sales support in the ostomy products, AWC products and other store assortment

• Sales and provision of services in compliance with applicable regulations for this position

• Providing information in accordance with company etiquette and culture – information is up-to-date, accurate and substantiated

• Marketing programs – participation in the implementation of programs to increase sales and improve service quality

• Maintaining appropriate and helpful communication with colleagues

• Direct responsibility for meeting store sales targets

• Direct responsibility for goods and cash in the store

Key Requirements

• Dispense and sell goods in the store in accordance with applicable regulations

• Actively identify customer needs, collect relevant information from the market and pass it on to the direct supervisor

• Participate in meetings with patients as part of assigned tasks, participate in the preparation of seminars and other events organized in the store and outside it

• Participate in regular meetings organized by the company

• Participate in meetings organized by another entity that is directly related to improving the quality of sales or dispensing of the store's assortment, with prior approval from the direct supervisor

• Act independently within the scope of assigned responsibilities

• Cooperate in the implementation of marketing programs

• Basic knowledge of working on a PC

Qualifications/Education
 

• High school graduate,

• Education as a pharmaceutical laboratory technician is an advantage

• Previous work experience in a similar position

• Sales skills

• Experience in healthcare environment is an advantage

• High motivation, initiative and proactivity
