Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Planning & Forecasting:
  • Responsible for the revenue forecast and landing process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness for total China Region.
  • Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for revenue streams.
• Business Analysis & Insights:
  • Provide in-depth analysis of revenue performance, trends, and variances.
  • Deliver actionable insights that support decision-making and operational improvement.
• Operating Plan & Performance Monitoring:
  • Ensure completeness and timeliness of the operating plan process for total China Region.
  • Track key performance metrics and monitor business performance against targets for total China Region.
• Reporting & Compliance:
  • Prepare variance analysis reports and closing packages with high data integrity.
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of the revenue reporting for total China Region.
  • Maintain system master data and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with FBPs and business on revenue-related projects.
  • Partner with commercial teams to support business initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in FP&A, business analysis, or strategic finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems (SAP BI, Hyperion Planning preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Experience in a multinational environment; pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
