HRVault aims to transform our HR department into a more digital, customer-centric function by providing a centralized digital repository for all employee documents.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preparing and scanning of employees' records

  • Prepare documents for scanning; scanning; and destruction.

  • Ensure high quality of work and maintain a tight order of discipline and organization.

  • Write Standard operating procedures relating to HRVault

  • Interact with records owners and solve concerns

  • Follow company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of administration experience.

  • Strong sense of compliance and willingness to adhere to rules and regulations

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
