As an Agent, Office work and operations, you play a key role in supporting the organization’s administrative and operational activities. Your contribution aims to optimize productivity as well as operational efficiency. As part of your duties, you may be called upon to work in various subspecialties, notably data entry and data processing, as well as validating the integrity of the information contained in various databases. You also contribute to the processing and analysis of information related to group retirement savings. In collaboration with your team, you participate in issue resolution and in the continuous improvement of processes by formulating appropriate recommendations. Lastly, you provide support to users in order to promote effective use of the tools and systems in place.

More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Ensure the receipt and dispatch of mail, both physical and electronic

  • Receive and process requests from all areas of the Group Retirement Savings Vice‑Presidency

  • File and accurately catalogue incoming requests

  • Upload documents intended for plan sponsors and participants

  • Carry out various administrative and office tasks in accordance with established procedures, in support of the unit’s objectives and mandates

  • Ensure the execution of the unit’s administrative operational processes

  • Prepare or review reports and statistics; perform administrative, operational, and quality controls; implement corrective actions and carry out required follow‑ups

  • Provide support to users in the effective use of tools or systems

  • Perform various administrative tasks related to data entry, extraction, processing, compilation, and classification

  • Provide information related to policies, programs, and processes within your area of responsibility

  • Prepare or revise documents, ensuring accuracy in spelling and formatting

What you bring to the table

  • Trade school diploma in a related field

  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Knowledge of French is required

  • Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite

  • Available three days a week, including one day in office
