Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field, with demonstrated ability to coordinate projects or guide the work of a team.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience with learning design tools, accessibility standards, and content management practices.
Demonstrated adaptability, commitment to continuous improvement, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting practitioner or community networks (e.g., business-embedded L\&D supporters).
Prior experience managing a team. Familiarity with maintaining learning content, documentation, or similar workflows.
Knowledge of metadata, documentation, quality, and version control practices.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry certification, or equivalent professional experience.
Exposure to digital learning ecosystems, analytics, or emerging technologies.
