Support demand planning activities by helping collect, organize, and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer forecasts.

Assist in building and communicating forecasting models by learning how statistical tools and methods are used across the team.

Help develop KPIs and simple analytical tools to identify demand patterns, anomalies, risks, and opportunities.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by helping streamline demand planning processes and documentation.

Perform data entry, validation, and other administrative tasks to ensure accurate and reliable demand planning information.

Learn and apply NXP’s demand planning systems and software, with training and support from the team.

Job Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Familiarity with statistical analysis concepts is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Proactive, self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute.

Experience with data science programming languages (Python, R) or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus but not required.
