Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a passion for turning data into meaningful business insights? Join our dynamic finance team as a Financial Analyst, where your analytical mindset and adaptability will play a key role in driving financial accuracy and supporting strategic decisions.
In this role, you will take ownership of critical accounting processes, including P&L analysis, cost and asset accounting, and intercompany compliance—ensuring the integrity and reliability of financial reporting in a fast-evolving business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and review the monthly P&L, ensuring accurate accounting of revenue, costs, and expenses
Perform financial postings, review Month-End Close packages, and ensure timely completion of close activities
Partner with Financial BPs to investigate, analyse, and explain financial variances
Prepare and post reclassifications, and other journal entries
Review Purchase Price Variances and collaborate with procurement to resolve discrepancies
Manage VAT processes, including preparation, submission, payment initiation, and documentation in BlackLine
Conduct monthly Balance Sheet reviews (accruals, prepayments) in collaboration with the GL Specialist
Approve balance sheet reconciliations for accruals and prepayments
Support SOX compliance activities, including fixed asset counts and overhead/labour rate updates
Prepare statistical and regulatory reports as required
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Working knowledge of accounting and Finance processes and an aptitude to create financial analysis (proven track record of conducting reporting and analysis is considered an advantage)
Skills and Knowledge
Experience working with ERP systems
An analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex financial data and adapt to changing business needs
The ability to transform numerical data into business insight, enabling informed decision-making
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
