Roles & Responsibilities:
Finance Transformation Execution and Delivery
Lead the execution of cross-functional finance transformation initiatives across the Electrification segment, supporting operational and strategic priorities
Apply structured problem-solving to define business issues, assess root causes, develop practical solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes
Support delivery of initiatives that may span multiple years, functions, systems, and stakeholder groups, while adapting to changing business needs and priorities
Program and Project Management
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, governance routines, and stakeholder engagement mechanisms to support reliable execution
Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, resource needs, and key decision points to maintain delivery momentum
Coordinate across business, finance, DT, and operations teams to align priorities, remove barriers and ensure timely delivery of commitments
Track and communicate progress, key outcomes, and areas requiring leadership attention through concise and structured updates
Data, Digital, AI, and Automation Enablement
Use data, analytics, and tools such as PowerBI to identify performance gaps, generate insights, and support decision-making
Partner with functional and digital teams to evaluate and deploy digital, automation, and AI-enabled solutions, including AI agents, that improve finance and operational processes
Assess the full capabilities of existing and new tools to recommend practical solutions aligned with business needs and value creation opportunities
Identify additional opportunities to simplify, automate, or redesign manual processes across the finance and operational landscape
Master Data and Process Improvement Support
Support finance transformation efforts where master data, data governance, and process integrity are critical enablers of success
Contribute improvements in the quality, consistency, and usage of key data elements across finance and business processes
Help establish sustainable operating practices, controls, and ownership models that improve process performance and data reliability
Partner with stakeholders to ensure transformation initiatives incorporate upstream and downstream process impacts, including system and data dependencies
Change Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement
Lead change across functions by aligning stakeholders, building commitment, and supporting adoption of new ways of working
Influence business, finance, and DT stakeholders without direct authority to drive decisions, resolve issues, and deliver results
Translate complex topics into clear, structured communications tailored to different audiences
Foster a mindset of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation across the initiatives supported by the role
Qualifications:
Solid experience in data, digital, or process-focused roles supporting enabling or operational functions such as Finance, DT, or Commercial Operations
Demonstrated track record of contributing to or leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical data or process solutions
Strong project and program management capabilities, with experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and execution dependencies
Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking and problem-solving to ambiguous business challenges and translate them into actionable plans
Experience using data and performance metrics to identify issues, support decision-making, and monitor outcomes
Exposure to process improvement, automation, digital tools, and/or systems-enabled transformation initiatives
Ability to work effectively across business, finance, operations, and DT teams to deliver practical and scalable solutions
Proven ability to manage ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in environments where authority is shared or indirect
