Position: Commercial Project Manager 1

Location: Manila, Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple unrelated projects simultaneously.
    • Creating Project Plans
    • Eliciting and defining Customer requirements                 
  • Participate in extended learning opportunities with multiple vendors to increase skill and knowledge within the role.
  • Review and assist in accurate project compliance and data management.
  • Effectively communicate status/updates to direct line management and PM, project peers.
  • Supervise interaction with internal stakeholders in Professional Services and Sales.
  • Receives periodic and general instructions on new assignments.
  • Learn leadership skills from peers.

Key Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of industry experience (Implementation or Professional Services), Technical Account Manager, or Sales Engineering position - Call Center industry experience is highly desired.
  • Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Completed PH PM Onboarding or Training Program.
  • Strong capability to interact with multiple vendors.
  • Self-Starter, ability to manage various implementations simultaneously.

 Key Skills:

  • Experience with managing multiple projects across multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Must possess a combination of project management skills and client development.
  • Knowledge of Call Center and software as a solution.
  • Leadership skills.
