You’ll collaborate with key clients to assist in reviewing budgets, spend plans, and financial reports using tools like Microsoft Excel and through regular interactions with financial analysts. You Have:
3+ years of experience with the Planning, Programing, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process or cost estimator or analyst
Experience with financial and cost analysis, including developing spend plans and tracking budget execution against defined obligation and expenditure benchmarks
Experience with trade-offs and requirements, including conducting Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE)
Experience with developing metrics, reports, documents, and executive level briefings in support of senior leadership
Knowledge of DoD Financial Management principles and translating strategic guidance into resource allocation decisions
Ability to analyze complex cost and financial data in support of data calls
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with financial and cost management in a DoD Program Management Office
Knowledge of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
Ability to build trust and value-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
TS/SCI clearance
DoD Financial Management Certification
International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association (ICEAA), Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA), or Professional Cost Estimator/Analyst (PCEA) Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
