As a Facility Manager Real Estate, you’ll be part of a team committed to delivering best-in-class service across 1.4 million square meters of industrial space in the Czech market. You’ll work with a diverse customer base, including some of the most prominent names in e-commerce logistics and warehousing. You will report directly to the Asset Manager (called RECX Manager in Prologis).

This role sits within the Asset Management Team (called RECX Team in Prologis)., supporting our dual focus on Customer Retention and Portfolio Resiliency, and is key to maximizing asset performance.

What’s Needed In Order To Do That

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Facility Management, along with in-depth knowledge of technical legislation and strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers. The experience with the industrial field could be an advantage.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license, good driving record and the ability to travel to multiple properties
  • A solid technical and regulatory foundation to address property needs efficiently, including troubleshooting, budgeting, insurance claims, and tendering.
  • A collaborative mindset — working seamlessly within the team and across departments is essential.
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both customers and vendors.
  • Responsive to customer’s needs and requests in a timely manner
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a responsive and solution-oriented approach to customer needs.
  • Experience coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors on behalf of customers.
  • Experience with commonly used CAFM systems is an advantage.
  • Proactive management of property inspections, handovers, takeovers, and dilapidation works, with timely issue escalation to the Asset Management Team (called RECX Team in Prologis).
  • A strong safety mindset, including immediate issue reporting and recommending improvements.
  • The ability to work independently on various projects within entrusted portfolio
  • The capability to respond promptly to emergencies, and to ensure all tools, chemicals, and equipment are properly stored and maintained in optimal condition.
  • Oversight of external contractor and customer-performed work, including technical assessments and quality checks.
  • Support for the Asset Manager (called RECX Manager in Prologis) in evaluating and managing property maintenance contracts and OPEX budgeting.
  • An ability to spot additional revenue opportunities through expert knowledge of Prologis value-added services and products.
  • Assistance to the Procurement team in negotiating pricing for services, materials, and capital improvements.
  • Inspection of maintenance documentation to ensure compliance with Prologis standards, especially for self-performing leases.
  • Support during audits by insurance companies, local authorities, and customers, including coordinating the follow-up actions.
  • Perform technical inspection and review maintenance documentation to ensure Prologis standards are met in the case of self-performing leases
  • As business dictates, able to work extended/flexible hours
