Responsibilities: 

 

  • Utilize your expertise in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js to develop and code backend components for our applications. 

  • Connect applications to other web services, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimized, scalable, and modular software solutions. 

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of container-based architectures, leveraging technologies like Docker and Docker Swarm. 

  • Build real-time, large-scale, low-latency distributed systems to meet the needs of our growing customer base. 

  • Work closely with CI/CD pipelines and embrace GitOps principles to streamline development and deployment processes. 

  • Apply your deep understanding of object-oriented design principles and patterns to architect robust and maintainable backend systems. 

  • Embrace open-source technologies and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. 

  • Demonstrate great interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Maintain a strong attention to detail and stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment. 

 

 

Required Skillsets: 

  • Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js. 

  • Good understanding of database management systems, including relational databases and NoSQL databases. 

 

Preferred Skillsets : 

  • 2+ years of experience with backend development using Python or Java. 

  • 1+ year of experience working with ReactJS. 

  • Experience with unit testing tools such as TestNG, Mocha/JS, Junit. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and determines integration needs.
  • Evaluates and plans software designs, test results and technical manuals.
  • Reviews literature, patents and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects.
  • Programs new software, web applications and supports new applications under development and the customization of current applications.
  • Edits and reviews technical requirements documentation.
  • Works with Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements.
  • Displays knowledge of engineering methodologies, concepts, skills and their application in the area of specified engineering specialty.
  • Displays knowledge of and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills.
  • Displays in-depth knowledge of and ability to apply, project management skills.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
