About This Opportunity

We are seeking motivated, energetic, and customer focused Concierge/Food and Beverage Attendants to support and deliver the service of food and beverages at Customs House and provide an excellent customer experience.

Staff are required to fulfil approx. 20+ hours with essential availability from Tuesday to Sunday
 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Set up of bar/ restaurant

• 5-star level Customer service of food and beverage

• Stock control

• Set up and pack down equipment and furniture for restaurant and bar service

• Polishing of plates, glasses and cutlery

• Cleaning and tidying up of front and back of house areas

• Customer care

About You

• Two Years’ Experience in a similar or related hospitality role.

• Current Responsible Service of alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential.

• A positive attitude and customer driven focus

• High standard of professionalism

• A commitment to excellence of product and service

• Team player

• Experience in cocktail making, barista and wine knowledge will be highly regarded

The successful candidate may be required to complete background checks including, right to work in Australia.
