About the Role

To ensure all tax related reporting, filing and payments are done accurate and on time whilst ensuring the regulatory compliance and make all regulatory submissions on timely and accurate basis

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory submissions.
• Ensure that the regulatory reporting is in compliant with the IRCSL guidelines.
• Ensure that the company’s tax payments such as WHT, Corporate Income Tax, Crop levy, Cess, Stamp duty etc. are in compliant with the respective legislations and coordinate with the tax consultant for this purpose.
• Ensure the timely submission of indirect & direct tax returns.
• Overall responsibility for balance sheet reconciliations pertaining to taxes.
• Coordinate with the inter departments, and the tax consultant in relation to obtaining   tax clearances from the Inland Revenue Department in relation to foreign payments.
