We are looking for a Support Specialist Tender Management (M/F) located in France.

To support Virtual Account Management and Field Account Management (VAM or FAM) in their writing, costing and preparation of tender bidding documents:
- Support the existing customer base of integrators / tenderers and acquire new ones in tender management, preparation and follow-up of tenders.
- Research the information (customer history), check the feasibility of the response (directly or by reseller), submit to sellers and technical specialists, prepare the documents that constitute the response file, participate in the creation of standard offers and / or complexes independently or in collaboration with the product manager, salespeople or specialist departments.
- Independently or with a specialized service, provide technical support in the review of the technical requirements of the bidder; enforce the response times for the call for tenders, send the response before the response deadline by the means imposed.
- After sending, follow the period of validity of the offers, inform of the results.
- If the market is won, collect and record its official notification (exchange of signatures if necessary), inform the sellers, have the price and general conditions of the market recorded by the specialized services (Customer Service Latin America) in SAP, check whether the order has been received and record by the orders department, and make administrative monitoring of the contract until its end. Inform Legal Affairs of the contract won and send them for registration in their contract database.
- Details for quotes: it is the sellers or in-house sales (VAM or FAM) who must make quotes under SalesForce CPQ or configurator when a quote is essential (especially for the material). If there are price tables to fill in (imposed in the tender by the customer, especially for consumables), they replace the quotes and Virtual Account Management and Field Account Management (VAM or FAM) must put the item codes and prices in it. The Support Specialist Tender Management have to take care of adding the additional information, correcting the errors, making the totals, signing so that it is exactly filled as the customer requires.
- Continuously monitor and analyze competitive behavior in the markets for tenders. Draw conclusions from this and take them into account in order to continuously optimize the Sartorius bidding documents, taking into account the respective Sartorius tender starting position.
Export specific :
- Creation of manufacturer's authorizations or that kind of documents that export dealers need.
Tender and customer master data maintenance:
- Create new customer data and maintain and modify the annual summary table (balance sheet) of existing customer data from calls for tenders.
- Review for compliance and coordination of contractual agreements: e.g. advance and instalment payments and time deadlines. During the warranty period, attend to customer questions in coordination with the respective Sales and Service, arrange for corrections and coordinate with Service and Sales; check contract interpretations or GTC`s.
What will convince us:
- Completed training at a technical college or completed at least 3 years of technical vocational training and corresponding several years of professional experience in processing tenders.
- Capability of working autonoumously
- French and English are mandatory, Spanish and Italian would be a plus
- Existing knowledge about SFDC (Sales Force) would be appreciate
