Ensure operational processes are followed consistently, with a focus on risk management and reliability
Own onboarding, transitions, and workload distribution across the team
Provide clear and proactive communication to leadership on team status, risks, and priorities
Partner across engineering, security, and network teams to ensure aligned execution
Translate architectural direction into actionable plans with clear ownership and follow-through
Delegate technical execution appropriately while maintaining visibility into delivery

Demonstrated ability to balance technical leadership with people management responsibilities
Experience supporting federal or regulated environments
