Buscamos un/a Junior Strategic Planner para unirse al equipo de Estrategia con foco en Customer Engagement y Customer Experience (CX). Este rol va de diseñar y mejorar relaciones one-to-one con potenciales clientes, leads y clientes: experiencias y comunicaciones relevantes, personalizadas y basadas en datos, a lo largo de todo el funnel.
Trabajarás muy cerca de equipos de Data y UX/UI para convertir información compleja en insights accionables y, a partir de ahí, construir journeys, segmentaciones y recomendaciones que mejoren la experiencia y el negocio.
