Summary:
As a Custom Application Architect, you will engage in the design and development of application architecture for custom software systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating these needs into effective technical solutions, and ensuring that the architecture is scalable, secure, and high-performing. You will also oversee the implementation of these solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals and industry standards, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in the application architecture process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve application architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong understanding of application architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
