Job Summary: Application Developer – ASP.NET Core Looking for a skilled and self-driven Application Developer with a strong background in ASP.NET Core to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring scalable web applications aligned with business needs and technical requirements. You will work closely with team members to translate specifications into robust application features, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and maintainability. Day-to-day responsibilities will include implementing microservices-based solutions, developing RESTful APIs, collaborating in agile team discussions, and contributing to code reviews and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web development best practices, a problem-solving mindset, and a proactive attitude towards quality and performance. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core and related technologies. Implement and consume RESTful APIs in a microservices architecture. Perform independent development tasks and troubleshoot application issues as needed. Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and consistency. Assist in documenting workflows, technical processes, and application features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Contribute to team discussions, propose solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft ASP.NET Core backend development. Strong proficiency in C#, PostgreSQL, RESTful API design, Microservices, and Lightweight Architectures. Solid understanding of OOPS, SOLID Principles, web development principles and best practices. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC and RabbitMQ is a plus. Effective communication and collaboration skills within a development team. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 15 years of full-time education.
