Throughout the day, the engineer engages in iterative discussions to refine application features, ensuring that the final product effectively supports business operations. This position requires balancing technical design with practical business considerations, fostering communication across teams to deliver impactful software applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain progress and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their development to enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kronos.
- Strong experience in application design and development tailored to business process requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business workflows and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical and business goals.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain application performance and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear understanding between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Kronos.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
