Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure a smooth transition to cloud security-managed services. The position demands continuous evaluation of security architecture to support business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compliance within the cloud environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security architecture with evolving business strategies.
- Monitor and assess emerging security threats and recommend enhancements to the cloud security framework.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on security best practices.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and architecture design.
- Experience with implementing and managing cloud security controls and policies.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards relevant to cloud environments.
- Skilled in documenting security architectures and operational procedures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
