What you will do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ELV & Cooling Solution Leader to lead the design and solutioning of Extra Low Voltage & Cooling systems within data center environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ELV & Cooling technologies, data center infrastructure, and integrated systems design. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that meet operational and business requirements.

How you will do it:

• Design & Architecture

• Develop comprehensive ELV system designs including BMS (PLC & DDC), CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, and Networking.

• Apply advanced cooling system concepts (e.g., Chillers, CDUs) and relevant application software engineering.

• Create detailed schematics, integration plans, and technical documentation for ELV systems in data center environments.

• Ensure designs comply with international standards and local regulations

• Solution Engineering and Product Lifecycle

• Analyze project requirements and define technical scope in alignment with business objectives.

• Conduct solution validation workshops and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions with customers.

• - Monitor market trends and collaborate with Product Development to enhance existing solutions and define roadmaps for new product needs

• Partner with Sales and Product teams to develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.

• Solution Integration

• Define integration methodologies for ELV systems with IT, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure.

• Establish interoperability and communication protocols between subsystems to ensure seamless operation.

• End-to-End Technical Oversight

• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle—from concept design to final deployment

• Review vendor proposals, conduct technical evaluations, and support procurement.

• Oversee installation and testing to ensure compliance with design intent.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align on requirements and deliverables.

• Present technical solutions and documentation to stakeholders.

What we look for:

Required

•                Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronic/Electrical/Instrumentation)

•                17 to 20 years’ experience

•                Good knowledge on ELV Systems

•                Data Center Design Certification : Uptime ATD or CDCP or Simillar

•                Capable of leading large teams, often multi-discipline and multi-regional

•                Strong Communication & Presentation Skills.
