Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for Information Technology Analyst

Leads as a Business Analyst an active membership in the site SQUAD (BTL,

Engineering/Automation, TS, PO) team for the sites in scope.

• Effectively understands and documents the business requirements and conveys them in a precise and understandable way to the technical team.
• Leads / Supports all related Project and Portfolio Implementations and related investments including External Manufacturing for the Plant.
• Troubleshoots and facilitates troubleshooting with existing platforms; proactively prevents problems from happening again.
• Participate in technical design, contributing points of view and ideas that help translate business needs into specific solutions.
• Drives reliability through ALM/TLM programs and Cybersecurity mitigations aligned with JJBT

MAKE Vision and maturity strategy.

• Drives collaboration and alignment inside and outside the IT Operating Model with related internal and external Partners.
• Program and Service Manager: Tracks progress of project development and deployment.
