Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our sales contracts system within our B2B marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, deep knowledge of contract management systems, and experience in the B2B marketplace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the sales contracts system. Align this vision with the overall business goals and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
User Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough user research to understand the needs and pain points of our marketplace users related to sales contracts. Translate these insights into actionable product requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, legal, compliance, and other relevant teams to gather feedback, ensure alignment, and drive adoption of the sales contracts system. Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders regularly.
System Integration: Leverage expertise in contract management systems to integrate and optimize these tools within the B2B marketplace platform. Ensure seamless data flow and usability for all users.
Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of the sales contracts system. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Training and Support: Develop training materials and programs to ensure effective use of the sales contracts system by marketplace users. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on contract management systems and/or B2B marketplace platforms. Experience in sales contracts is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical constraints and opportunities. Experience with data integration and API usage is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and product improvements.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Contract Management Systems.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong customer empathy and a passion for improving user experience.
