We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operating Unit (OU) Integration Manager to lead and manage all aspects of office and administrative operations. The OU Integration Manager will serve as the primary liaison between external and internal customers, ensuring the seamless integration of the Launcher Operating Unit (OU) with other departments. This role will require excellent leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple dynamic portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the organizational unit on administrative matters, providing recommendations, interpreting, and implementing company and internal administrative policies and procedures.
- Perform a combination of administrative tasks in three portfolio Product Lines
- Prepare budgeting reports, project schedules, and statistical reports as needed.
Launcher OU Integration:
- Direct and oversee all aspects of Launcher OU integration, coordinating efforts between external customers and internal teams.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, business plans, work statements, operating budgets, and financial terms for the OU's projects and programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Launcher OU activities, including managing meeting logistics, handling internal projects related to facilities, and overseeing the Senior Director’s calendar and budget management.
- Manage and mentor administrative staff within the OU to ensure alignment and adherence to organizational goals.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop strategies to grow new business or expand the integration of the Launcher OU across other departments within the site.
- Establish milestones, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to master plans and schedules.
- Identify and address potential problems within the OU, allocating resources or adjusting internal direction, as necessary.
- Oversee the work of employees assigned to the program in various administrative capacities, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with company objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years OR a Master’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience is required. 4 additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of experience in administrative or operational management, preferably in a construction or Defense Contractor environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex administrative tasks across multiple product lines
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of successful project execution.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence and foster collaboration across teams, making a significant impact on the success of the Launcher OU.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret clearance is required.

Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $189,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
