Job Requirement/ 职位要求：

• MS or BS Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3 years of professional experience in Java development (Spring Boot, Maven/Gradle).
• Experience analyzing and optimizing application performance and resource requirements.
• Experience developing and delivering multi-tenant enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and an understanding of Vector Databases for semantic search.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs with security best practices (OAuth2, JWT).
• Understanding of LLM fundamentals (such as context windows, tokenization, and temperature) paired with hands-on experience orchestrating models from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Ollama using LangChain4j, Spring AI, or LangChain.
• Proven self-learning ability with a proactive mindset to explore and adopt new AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Job Responsibility/ 岗位职责：

• Build and maintain the Arena SaaS application platform, implementing new functionality and platform or product enhancements as needed.
• Design and implement secure, scalable components to provide platform services like single sign-on, object caching, and event and message handling.
• Document and communicate your designs and interfaces for use by other engineers.
• Participate in system design and architectural decisions.
• Leverage unit- and integration-test automation to ensure code quality and maintainability.
