Machine Operator – Day Shift

Pay, Bonus & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $21.00+ based on experience

• Built-In Overtime: 3-2-2-3 schedule includes overtime in your regular rotation

• Quarterly Gainsharing Bonus: Eligible day one

• Pay Growth: Multiple increases within your first 2 years

• Weekly Pay: Get paid every Thursday

Position Details

• Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

• Schedule: 3-2-2-3 rotation

  • Work 3 days → Off 2 → Work 2 → Off 3

  • Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend

• Location: 3700 W Milwaukee Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53208

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment:

• Operate and set up production lines

• Perform welding, packaging, and quality inspections

• Move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes

• Support safe, efficient production to meet customer needs

Previous machine operating experience is a plus, but not required.
