Position Overview
Cell Therapy is one of Johnson & Johnson’s core innovation pillars and strategic priorities. We are seeking a highly strategic and resilient Senior Product Manager with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to navigate complex scenarios while proposing innovative business models. This leader will drive brand strategy, oversee tactical execution, and ensure flawless end‑to‑end brand management.
The Senior Product Manager will lead business planning, manage the product lifecycle, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver strong commercial outcomes. This role also ensures brand integrity while driving national, regional, and global alignment.

Travel Requirements: Approximately 10–15%, including domestic and occasional international travel
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of promotional and educational activities for the brand, ensuring excellence in implementation and budget management.
Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, KPIs, and product technical aspects to guide strategic decisions.
Serve as the primary integration point with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, Finance, and Business Intelligence.
Drive strategic marketing projects with strong execution governance and focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Build high‑impact relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, prescribing physicians, and other customers, transforming insights into actionable initiatives aligned with the Multiple Myeloma strategy.
Lead medical society engagement, congress strategy, and coordination of scientific events and activities.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure strategic alignment and capitalize on best practices.
Contribute to integrated planning and execution within the Country Value Team (CVT) model.
Develop talent and lead team members—directly or indirectly—to achieve high performance.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Minimum of 2 year of leadership experience, either direct or indirect.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Pharmacy, or Engineering.
Experience in Hematology (desirable but not required).
Experience in product launches or new indication launches (strong asset).
English proficiency, Spanish is a plus
Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and pharmaceutical audit tools.
Knowledge of ANVISA promotional regulations and the Interfarma Code of Conduct.
Ability to interpret clinical studies, market audit data, and market research.
Solid financial understanding related to brand investment management.
