Manages the sales of advisory/consulting projects.
Provides external clients with objective strategic advisory services to improve organizational performance and long-term competitiveness, and to successfully navigate through critical business changes and address complex issues.
Assists clients with strategic projects such as strategy formulation and creation of business models to improve operational efficiency and performance reviews.

Complexity:
Carries out tasks effectively due to comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems used
Has a basic understanding of how own team coordinates with others and basic business acumen (i.e., business priorities beyond the immediate team)
Has little to no discretion to vary from established procedures by performing structured work assignments.
Communicates information accurately and professionally

Scope:
Requires some guidance in order to perform most work
Quality of work sometimes impacts other, closely related work teams (those with interdependent deliverables)
Typically has limited professional experience (possibly internships)
Typically has university degree and/or specialized external certification or degree

This position can be located in New York, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $70,000 - $123,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
