Our Indian Operations Centre (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2000+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, functional system testing, installation supervision, and commissioning. Mission Statement:

The processes for Power Quality Solutions Customer Trainings. In this role, the training coordinator will be responsible to organize the demands related to customer trainings, both during tender stage and during project execution.

Your Responsibilities:

  • The Customer Training Coordinator is responsible to define the training program and calculate the costs to execute it. The training program must be based on the customer requirements and specifications.

  • During the execution, the Training Coordinator is responsible to make sure that all the deadlines are accomplished, and the trainings are planned well in advance, including material preparation, updates, logistics and resources.  The Customer Training Coordinator is responsible to make sure that the necessary alignment is done with the different departments, being responsible to organize and coordinate meetings and processes.

  • This role is part of the Engineering team and will interact cross functionally in the organization. The Customer Training Coordinator will be working closely with different departments and units across the globe since many of the trainings are prepared on demand for them.

  • Update Training documentation, develop and standardize the training material and make it accessible to the organization.

Your Background:

  • Any Degree (Non-Engineering) / Diploma from a recognized university.

  • The most important aspect to succeed in the role is to have the right attitude and effective communication skills, both with people from inside and outside of the organization.

  • Experience with formatting and preparing training material is required.Candidate should be driven, well organized, communicative and have passion for training and developing people.

  • The candidate must be able to influence managers and colleagues at all levels of the organization.

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written is must.

  • Experience with Engineering technical trainings will be considered added value.
