The Role
Are you excited about blending chemical synthesis with cutting-edge cancer therapeutics? Do you want to help design innovative dual-payload ADCs that target tumors in smarter ways? Keep on reading!

Responsibilities
• Assist in developing dual-payload ADCs by designing and synthesizing novel bifunctional linkers.
• Support payload selection to balance the drug-to-antibody ratio for synergistic effects.
• Help conjugate antibodies, screen for efficiency, and evaluate in vitro cytotoxicity.
• Contribute to target validation through testing in relevant tumor models, gaining experience with techniques like HPLC, mass spectrometry, and bioassays.

Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program at a Dutch university in Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
• Interest in chemical synthesis, ADC development, and innovative cancer therapeutics.
• A driven mindset and a passion for learning new techniques in antibody-drug conjugation.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
• Any hands-on experience with chemical synthesis, conjugation methods, or ADC characterization will be an advantage.

General Intern Information
• Internship duration: 6-12 months
• Start date: September 1st
• Location: Utrecht, Netherlands
• Hybrid schedule: at least 3 days in the office, 2 days remote per week
