About the position!

You will ensure that our key customers are served in the best possible way and build trusted relationships with our internal stakeholders and other team members – these are your main goals!

To make it happen, you will be responsible for the order management of all orders being delivered in time to our customers in the Europe. 

You will work in extended customer team cooperating with local Account Managers, Customer facing and Logistics Teams to adapt orders based on product availability, timings etc.

You will be linking point between internal teams to identify and resolve issues as well as find resolutions for EDI errors and drive MD synchronization initiatives to reduce order validation.

 

So what does it take to be successful in this role?

You have minimum 2 years of experience in similar position, preferably in a production company.

You speak English fluently and Spanish at an advanced level. Portuguese is a plus. 

Thanks to excellent communication and interpersonal skills you can coordinate cross-functionally and provide best service level to our customers.

You are comfortable handling large amounts of data and proficient with Excel and SAP transactions.

Proactive approach is a key and thanks to your result orientation there is no case you couldn’t solve!
