Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Good to have skills : Dell EMC SAN Architecture and Design

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Storage Administrator (L2/L3) to manage, maintain, and support enterprise storage infrastructure. The candidate will have hands-on experience with NetApp AFF/FAS, PowerMax 8K, ISILON, and ECS. The role involves storage provisioning, replication, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: • Perform NetApp AFF/FAS storage provisioning and manage volume/LUN assignments. • Configure and manage SnapMirror/SnapVault replication for disaster recovery. • Conduct NetApp upgrades including firmware, ONTAP, and cluster upgrades. • Manage PowerMax 8K storage arrays, including SRDF/S replication configuration and monitoring. • Support ISILON NAS storage – share creation, quota management, and monitoring. • Handle ECS object storage management, including bucket setup, replication, and monitoring. • Monitor storage health, capacity, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues. • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for storage requirements and DR testing. • Maintain proper documentation of storage configurations, replication setups, and operational procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: • Hands-on experience with NetApp AFF/FAS, including provisioning, SnapMirror, SnapVault, and upgrades. • Experience with PowerMax 8K, including SRDF/A configuration and replication management. • Working knowledge of ISILON NAS and ECS Object Storage. • Understanding of CISCO SAN/NAS concepts, zoning, LUN masking, and host connectivity (WWPN). • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Knowledge of DR/BC processes and Site Recovery Manager (SRM) is a plus. Additional Information: - Relevant storage certifications (NetApp, Dell EMC, VMware, etc.) preferred. - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
