The Project Manager – Turnkey Operations will be the face of Smart Cover a Badger Meter brand. The Turnkey Project Manager opportunity will be solely responsible for the successful delivery of customer-sponsored projects ranging from full turnkey projects to internal projects through the successful delivery of excellently customized service solutions. The ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, customers and subcontractors as well as a strong understanding of deadline significance (sense of urgency) is crucial to success in this position.
Plans and Manages the On-Site Implementation of Multiple, Multi-Million Dollar Turnkey Projects:
Provides Appropriate Pre-Sale Support for Turnkey Opportunities:
Supports Turnkey Operations and Project Management Processes:
Provide Cross-Functional Support as Assigned:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Construction/Project Management or related field of study required
3 + years of experience in project management or a related field desired
AMI/AMR deployment, construction, or consulting experience preferred.
PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) a plus
Salesforce and Smartsheet experience preferred.
Qualifications:
Able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time, which can at times be on short notice throughout North America with the potential for international travel.
Thorough understanding of project management tools and standard methods required
