Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join our Early Careers team as a passionate, proactive, and collaborative events leader who will design, coordinate, and execute best-in-class experiences for program
analysts and associates across the U.S. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of our early career programs by delivering high-impact activations and experiences that support analyst engagement, development, and integration into the firm.
In this role, you will:
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of our full-time Analyst and Associate induction weeks across all lines of business, including but not limited to, project plans, site selection, logistical decisions, budgets, timelines, agenda creation, staffing plans, technology set-up, materials coordination, and speaker prep
Build a comprehensive and innovative events strategy that ensures consistency, cost efficiency and ROI
Manage planning efforts for large and/or complex multi-day meetings, events, and summits for candidates, incoming hires and/or program participants
Partner with Wells Fargo Meetings and Events team to execute large-scale virtual, on-site, and external events
Act as the primary point of contact for analyst induction queries and communicate routine status updates to leadership on event deliverables
Partner with early career recruiting, program management and learning & development colleagues as well as marketing and communication partners to ensure smooth and impactful onboarding/induction experiences
Collect and analyze feedback from program participants and business stakeholders to continuously enhance the analyst onboarding, induction, and program events experience
Build out recommendations for signature events and present proposals to HR/business leadership
Develop and manage event budgets, including developing financial projections and analyzing variances
Conduct after action reviews on each event and provide recaps to key HR and business stakeholders
Demonstrate ability to influence change, manage conflict, challenge the status quo to build a best-in-class analyst induction experience, and make strategic and/or difficult decisions to resolve complex issues
Identify opportunities for enhancing operating procedures and mitigating risk before and during events
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in Early career talent, campus recruiting, early talent program management, talent acquisition or events, specifically within financial services
Proven experience developing and implementing large-scale events and engagements that deliver results and maintain cost efficiencies
Proven ability to build relationships while consulting, influencing and partnering at all levels across a complex and matrixed organization
Excellent communication, project management, analytical, and prioritization skills
Proven experience collecting, analyzing, and providing data-driven recommendations to business leaders on go forward event strategies
Experience working with Cvent and/or other event management systems
Experience mitigating risk throughout the vendor management lifecycle
