FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is a world leading Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) serving customers in the pharmaceutical industry – from pre-clinical investigations to commercial GMP production.

Shape the future of Commercial excellence at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies (FLBG). We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will translate business needs into clear, scalable solutions that improve processes, elevate user experience, and deliver measurable outcomes across global sites.

You’ll be the bridge between Commercial stakeholders and BT&DS delivery teams—driving clarity, alignment, and governance. Your work will accelerate digital enablement for CRM and commercial tooling, strengthen data integrity, and ensure our solutions are compliant, fit-for-purpose, and ready to scale in a regulated environment.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with Commercial leaders and cross-functional teams to create shared understanding, prioritize needs, and maintain structured governance and transparency.
  • Lead discovery and current-state analysis across applications, processes, and data flows; document and maintain process maps, interfaces, and requirements.
  • Define requirements and solution designs for enhancements or new capabilities in CRM/commercial systems (e.g., customer master data, pricing/quoting, order-related processes, reporting).
  • Facilitate risk management, change control, and stakeholder alignment; support harmonization of processes through scalable technology enablement.
  • Contribute across the full delivery lifecycle: requirements, design/configuration support, testing, training, change management, and hypercare/support.
  • Drive continuous improvement and user-centric design to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and enhance user experience.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise IT environment, ideally supporting global functions and multi-site operations.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and commercial tooling (e.g., customer master data, pricing/quoting, order processes, commercial reporting).
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing or a similar regulated environment.
  • Proven track record supporting system implementations (requirements, design, configuration support, testing, training, change management, hypercare).
  • Working knowledge of regulated software practices (ISO, cGMP, GAMP5) and the discipline to maintain clear, audit-ready documentation.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics, build consensus, and drive results.
  • Independent, structured, and continuous-improvement mindset; ability to thrive amid evolving priorities.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with leading CRM suites and integration patterns across commercial ecosystems.
  • Data governance experience for customer master, pricing, and reporting.
  • Exposure to risk management frameworks and validation/CSV activities.
