We are currently looking for a Logistics & Transportation Supervisor to join our team in Aguascalientes. This role focuses on strategic initiatives in logistics operations, including route optimization, automation, and system implementation across NMEX’s footprint.

🔧 A Day in the Life

• Lead logistics and transportation projects across various NMEX facilities
• Coordinate with NMEX operations, IT, Warehouses, Purchasing, VPC, and external suppliers
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to meet performance targets
• Ensure compliance with transport, quality, and safety standards
• Present reports and improvement strategies to senior leadership

🙋‍♂️ Who We’re Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in domestic and international logistics operations
• Proficiency in TMS, WMS, YMS, and project management tools
• Advanced English proficiency (TOEIC >600)
• Ability to perform work onsite at Aguascalientes

Desired:

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP or similar)
• AutoCAD and advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with Incoterms, CTPAT/OEA compliance
• Experience with manufacturing logistics, milk runs, and cross docking
• Valid visa, passport, and driving license

Reports to: Head of NMEX Logistics Operations
Supervisory Capacity: May lead cross-functional project teams
