Your contribution at AIG

• As a contributor at AIG you are the one the clients turn to in times of need.  You act with speed, composure, compassion and knowledge to solve problems and the work you do every day is the heart of AIG’s business.

• A contact specialist (CS) is responsible for outbound/inbound calls to lead generated clients, wherein the goal is to qualify the client for Life Insurance. The client is then transferred to a licensed agent in San Diego, CA for interview and application confirmation• • Calls are regarding queries/availment on American General insurance policies.

• He or she is expected to respond to customer inquiries with accurate information and create requests as necessary.

• A CS should exhibit dependability and flexibility.

• Responsible for outbound/inbound calls to lead generated clients, wherein the goal is to qualify the client for Life Insurance. The client is then transferred to a licensed agent in San Diego, CA for interview and application confirmation.

What we are looking for

• Must have at least 6 months Call Center/Sales background

• Knowledge with insurance policies and terminologies is a plus

• Amenable to work night shift

• The position is open to first year undergraduates /Vocational/Diploma course with 6 mos. experience, and Bachelor’s Degree holders
