Summary:
The ISA Coordinator will be responsible for engaging with customers to gather budgeting and prerequisite details, coordinating with the internal team to assign available ISA resources, and collaborating with the global team to manage the central ISA service. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel and record-keeping, and a basic understanding of application security is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Initiate and maintain communication with customers to understand their budgeting requirements and prerequisite details.
- Ensure all customer requirements are accurately documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Managing Vendors
Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with the internal team to assign available ISA resources based on project needs and availability.
- Maintain detailed records of ISA assignments and project statuses.
- Global Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the global team to manage and optimize the central ISA service.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between local and global teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Assign applications to vendors for performing Security Profiling (SP) activities and ensure clarity on expectations and deliverables.
- Track and monitor the progress of assigned SPs, ensuring timely completion and alignment with agreed timelines.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills for record-keeping, tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Organizational & Record-Keeping Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, applications, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Application Security Knowledge (Preferred): Basic understanding of application security concepts, Security Profiling, and threat modeling is an added advantage.
- Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Ability to work across teams, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment between business, technical, and vendor teams.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Risk and Audit Operations.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with risk assessment and management frameworks.
- Ability to conduct audits and compliance checks effectively.
- Familiarity with security protocols and standards relevant to software development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3-6 years of experience in Security Risk and Audit Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
