Are you a Watersports Instructor looking for your next opportunity? We are looking for a Senior Instructor to join our team and will provide training!

What will you be doing?

As our Senior Watersports Instructor you’ll get to work at an award winning park that not only is used for leisure activities but also is crucial to the supply of water to Anglian Water’s millions of customers.

The watersports centre offers sailing, windsurfing, rowing and paddle boarding, providing a fun filled day out for beginners to experts, as well as group tuition for school groups and corporate events.

We need you to work alongside your colleagues to ensure an efficient, safe and profitable service. You’ll provide excellent customer service and put your all in to every day when guiding and instructing our visitors during their activity, providing one to one and group tuition. You’ll help to maintain equipment and get involved in training seasonal staff.

What do you need?

It’s essential that you have previous experience as a Watersports Instructor and a RYA instructor qualification in Sailing.
