Your role:

Are you passionate about driving innovation at the intersection of marketing technology, lead management, and digital experience? As the Group Product Manager for Marketing Technologies, you will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Demandbase, and other key MarTech platforms that power marketing automation, lead generation, and personalized digital engagement.

In this role, you will lead a team of Solution Specialists and System Administrators, ensuring that marketing technology platforms are scalable, reliable, and delivering measurable business value. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital content teams to enable seamless customer journeys, optimize lead flows, and drive data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities: 

As the Group Product Manager, you will:

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Demandbase, and other MarTech platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage Solution Specialists and System Administrators, ensuring they are aligned with the product vision, well-supported in execution, and effectively driving adoption and optimization of MarTech solutions.
  • Own and optimize the integration of marketing systems with web content platforms and digital channels, ensuring seamless customer engagement, lead capture, and conversion tracking.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and digital teams to drive marketing automation efficiencies, optimize lead nurturing strategies, and improve marketing-to-sales alignment.
  • Oversee the administration, governance, and performance of marketing platforms, ensuring stability, security, and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, campaign performance, conversion rates, and marketing efficiency, using data insights for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with engineering, Program Office, Product Management, Architecture and analytics teams to enhance platform capabilities, improve integrations, and drive automation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies and AI-driven innovations in marketing automation, personalization, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Ensure platform scalability and adoption, driving change management initiatives to maximize the effectiveness of marketing technology solutions.

About you:

You are a strategic, data-driven leader with deep expertise in marketing technology, product management, and team leadership. To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • 8 to 10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading marketing, lead management, or CRM technologies.
  • Proven leadership in managing and mentoring Product Owners and System Administrators, ensuring team alignment, development, and success.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Demandbase, and related marketing automation technologies, including platform governance and optimization.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation strategies, including lead scoring, nurturing, attribution modeling, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce reports is desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate across business units.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile environment, prioritizing features based on business impact and customer needs.
  • Experience leading large-scale MarTech implementations, including integration with web content management systems (CMS) and personalization engines.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry environment where data privacy and security are of utmost importance.
  • Experience working in a globally distributed workforce and effectively collaborating and delivering solutions across time zones will be beneficial.
  • Business, Marketing or Computer Science degree preferred
  • Agile certification preferred.
