Position Summary
Material Logistics Part leader is accountable for supporting the organization's production goals through effective planning and strategizing regarding the delivery of raw materials in a safe and efficient manner, and meeting quality standards for on-time deliveries.Role and Responsibilities
1. Ensure that the team adheres to all SEHA policies and procedures
2. Monitor and manage material accuracy and delivery by focusing on the following:
- Planned vs. actual
- Material handling defects
- Cost management - damaged materials, labor cost
3. Coach, develop, and provide staff with guidelines and advice to be successful.
4. Evaluate manpower and material availability to minimize production line downtime/loss.
5. Ensure that all incoming product meets quality standards.
6. Real time communication with senior leadership to escalate issues/problems that are impacting production.

Skills and Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
2. Experience: 5+ years' management experience
3. Knowledge: management process, warehousing, and material logistics. Must possess knowledge of SAP, and functional ERP systems.
4. Skills: Excellent communication skill (Speaking, Writing), Proficient in the use of Microsoft office software (MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook), SAP and or other MRP system analysis, Excellent interpersonal communication skills and maintain work efficiency
5. Physical Demands:
• Frequently required to stand; walk and/or use of hands to handle and reach.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Must occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Forklift certified.
6 . Domestic role. No direct interaction with HQ.
