EXPERIENCED PLANNING ANALYST - Fixed Term 12 months - São José dos Campos
This role will be responsible for:
Deployment of Export Finished Goods (Sutures) from our Warehouse in Guarulhos-SP (GRU) to other Main Storage Locations (Europe, United States and China)
Weekly export sales orders placement
Deployment of Manufactured Raw Materials from Guarulhos-SP (GRU) to other manufacturing sites
Needles, Suture Strands and Wire
J&J Locations: United States, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Germany, China and India
External customers: United States
Weekly allocation decisions to destinations and Export Sales Orders placement
Supply feedback loop
Run the weekly meetings with the customer sites to provide the feedback on expected arrival dates of export materials
Provide tracking information of critical shipments when available
Provide supply projections to customers (manufacturing sites and other Main Storage Locations)
Partner with the Warehouse team in Guarulhos-SP (GRU)
Track export process to guarantee lead times are met
Investigate with the warehouse team inventory discrepancies that may cause an order to not be fulfilled (making sure the system is clean)
Identify and work on projects with the warehouse team to reduce export lead times (eg. cross docking opportunities)
System Setups
SAP testing in project implementations (placing Sales Orders, etc) that affect export process
Internal Tools Update
Update tools used internally and by other teams on a weekly/monthly basis
Digital and Process Improvements
Develop existing processes seeking automation opportunities, connectivity with live data and improving data visibility
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business
Administration or related fields
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Planning and/or Supply Chain
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / PowerPoint
Presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Advanced English
Knowledge of SAP is desirable
Knowledge of Power BI is desirable
ASCM (APICS) or Lean certifications are a plus
