About the Role

Specialist, Corporate Solutions - VIP Client Service

1.    处理VIP保单业务，从营运层面提供专业建议，包括协议解读、协议制作、复杂保障配置等全流程。

2.    熟悉掌握各类团险产品，准确解读大客户的保单保障内容，协助分公司解决大客户的咨询。

3.    为VVIP客户提供新单和续保的前置服务，与分公司建立有效、良好的沟通，快速反应和解决问题。

4.    及时发现和反馈日常工作中出现的系统问题，定期进行工作回顾，发现及管理风险，协助组长进行业务质量检查和分析。

 

岗位要求:

1.    本科或以上学历；3年以上相关工作经验

2.    具有独立工作、分析问题和解决问题的能力，客服意识好

3.    高度责任心，较强的学习能力，能在压力下工作
