What You Will Do:
Manages customer relationships to achieve sales goals, and executes sales plans within an assigned sales territory or account.
Sells company products and services by developing new prospects and accounts.
Achieves sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction; researches and provides forecasting for sales activities in the assigned sales territory or account.
Develops strong customer relationships.
Conducts negotiations according to company guidelines.
Identifies, researches, and contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
Responds to customer concerns about the company and its products.
Knows and complies with all safety policies and procedures.
Contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.
Effectively uses sales tools and processes to promote an efficient and effective sales process.
Develops proficiency with and effectively utilizes our suite of production optimization software
Will be required to travel up to 40%
Conducts customer-facing product line and optimization focused presentations as required
Maintains confidentiality of all matters.
Sets and achieves Goals and Objectives.
Other duties as required.
Inform sales manager of competitor’s product line/pricing policy.
Assist sales manager with training customers on product use.
Assist sales manager in preparing annual operating expense budget within defined region.
Inform sales manager of new product opportunities.
Prepare sales objectives and expense control goals.
Assist sales manager in preparation of yearly sales forecast.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Valid driver's license in state of residence.
3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the oil and gas industry.
Rod Lift Experience

Strong oral and written communication skills.
Good math and analytical skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to use a customer relationship management system.
Physical Demands:
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The employee is regularly required to have oral communication.
The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
Employee is required to regularly walk in customer field locations which may include inclines, uneven surfaces, and a variety of weather conditions.
Employee is required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment including but not limited to shoes/boots, hard hats, or respirators.
Work Environment:
Some work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well ventilated facilities.
Work will include regular visits to customer office or field locations.
Work normally is executed in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
Work will require visits to customer field locations in a variety of weather and temperature conditions.
