The Assembly Associate Co-Op role is considered an entry level role within the business and is expected to be in individual capable of learning electrical assembly and wiring processes with training and supervision.

Essential Responsibilities

• Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, & posses a willingness to learn.
• Must demonstrate an ability to follow instructions both verbal and written.
• With training and under supervision be capable of completing minor modifications for metal panel work like drilling and tapping.
• With training and under supervision be capable of assembling components onto panels and into enclosures  following mechanical drawings with zero deficiencies.
• With training and under supervision be capable of wiring components per the electrical schematic following predefined guidelines and standards.

Desired Characteristics

• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Familiar with using basic hand tools and power tools.
• Basic computer skills.
