What is a day in the life of an Inventory Analyst?

• Review inventory reports from different systems
• Reconcile incoming and outgoing shipments at our warehouse
• Perform reconciliation between Pattern and E-commerce market places
• Track inventory transfers between warehouses.
• Monitor the product return and refurbishment process
• Participates in inventory adjustment reconciliation

What will I need to thrive in this role?

• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
• A positive can-do and continuous improvement attitude
• Team player that works well independently 
• Preferred Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively in order to deliver on commitments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with Amazon or other Global Ecommerce organization, inventory management
• Project Management and Warehouse Management System experience is preferred

⦁    You will work with the finance and other operations / business department and be supervised by the Accounting leader. 
⦁    You will also be mentored by the Controller and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. 
⦁    You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
