WHO WE ARE:
Zinnia is the leading technology platform for accelerating life and annuities growth. With innovative enterprise solutions and data insights, Zinnia simplifies the experience of buying, selling, and administering insurance products. All of which enables more people to protect their financial futures. Our success is driven by a commitment to three core values: be bold, team up, deliver value – and that we do. Zinnia has over $180 billion in assets under administration, serves 100+ carrier clients, 2500 distributors and partners, and over 2 million policyholders.
WHO YOU ARE:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) - Client Interface & Data Standards who combines strong customer-facing communication with deep experience managing data specifications, interface standards, and delivery
programs. You understand how enterprise clients consume data, the importance of high-quality standards, and how to guide customers toward scalable, standardized solutions. You don’t need to be a practicing data professional or data engineer, but you
speak fluent data — data models, interface specs, quality expectations, and workflow impacts. You love translating ambiguous client needs into clear, enforceable specifications, partnering with Data Engineering to ensure upstream quality, and most importantly, helping clients adopt standardized data interfaces without customization. You are motivated by reducing friction, improving delivery efficiency, and enabling Zinnia to scale its data products with reliability, consistency, and customer trust.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Prior roles involving data ingestion, ETL/ELT, API/file-based integrations, or data warehouse-powered products.
• Familiarity with data standards in insurance ecosystems (ACORD, DTCC, etc.).
• Hands-on exposure to SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, or data modeling concepts.
• Experience creating onboarding playbooks, delivery processes, or specification of governance frameworks.
